Wednesday PRACTICE

PRACTICE: Zoetic’s signature class, PRACTICE, is at its heart a moving meditation class. But it is so much more. If more focus, more awareness, more Mindfulness, connection and self mastery are of interest to you, come to PRACTICE. PRACTICE is about an hour long and consists of three parts. We begin with mindful movement (slow floor stretching), transition to a breathing exercise guided by drum, and finally a guided/silent meditation to reset the connection between your mind and body, and wipe the mud from your eyes.
