Strong Hold Yoga

This is Zoetic’s strong yoga class. It’s similar to strength training with your body weight, but you also get a really good stretch. Alternating between long flows and short periods of stillness in the breathing postures. This class is a deep stretch, Strong, dynamic yoga class for those who want more of an active challenge as part off their practice.
After the active part of the class, 50 min, we will have a short guided meditation cool down 15 min and then you are invited to linger and have tea, swim, hang out with the indoor or outdoor animals.
This class is excellent for people with overactive minds as the poses will require your full focus to keep up.
Variations will be given so that this class can be assessable to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
All mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you would like.
